ABOUT Rubber Duck Spa Service
Rubber Duck Spa Service is based in Eugene, Oregon. We have been servicing spas in the greater Eugene/Springfield area since 1994.
Rubber Duck Spa Service is also the designated service center for a number of spa manufactures including Master Spas, DownEast Spas, ICON Health & Fitness which includes Weslo, Proform, Image spas, and Savannah Spas.
We also provide service for several of the local spa dealers in the area without service centers of their own giving us a great deal of experience dealing with electronic and pneumatic systems of all brands and models.
A small business, started in 1994 by Larry Shrum (owner), has grown over the 10+ years. Now with 4 employees we are able to expand our spa services to meet the needs of the ever growing community enjoying the therapeutic and relaxing experience of a spa. From top to bottom we are there to make sure our customers have the most uninterrupted and enjoyable experience possible.
